Casella di testo: The studio of conception was established in the year 2000 and holds a vital rank in the conception of dies for sheet iron’s market, both in aerodynamic and household electrical equipements. It is also at the update in car’s domaine. The high specialisation of the C.A.S.L. PROJECT’s staff is synonumous of a high technical level in the conception management. Our competence is resumed in those fields: -         Methodologies. -         Stamping mill simulation of sheet iron. -         Stamping mill conception. -         Model building for foundry. -         Machine finishing and stamping mill of sheet iron.   From the beginning, we lied the choice upon the conception by mathematicsof solid in order to prevent eventuel colision between the fixed and the movable parts of every provision of tools. Another advantage of our methodology is to realise polysterene models for the foundry, directly, without the need to use traditional drawings.Thanks to our experience in this field,we can save more than 30% on the total cost of the provision of tools and minimize the human mistakes.   .
